You authorize our background workers, AMQP pipelines, and operational human engineers to submit statutory opt-out forms, DMCA takedown letters, and personal record erasure notices directly to third-party data broker nodes and text hosts.
2. Verification of True Ownership
You strictly covenant and warrant that you are the valid legal owner of, or hold explicit authorization to act on behalf of the individual identified by, the signature fields and data attributes provided within the ingestion interface. Submitting fraudulent links or signatures may result in immediate terminal revocation and account termination.
3. Scope of Automation Limitations
While RemoveMyLeak deploys persistent crawling engines and fallback human override validation queues to maximize opt-out completion, you acknowledge that external brokers maintain distinct technical architecture. We do not guarantee permanent, instantaneous erasure across third-party networks beyond our statutory compliance delivery scope.
